From Chronic Pain
to Active,
Care-Free Living
I’m Chris Kidawski, and for over 20 years, I’ve helped thousands of people—from Navy SEALs and professional athletes to everyday individuals—break free from chronic pain permanently. The people I work with call me ‘the wizard’ because I don’t just mask pain; I eliminate it by addressing the five root causes that most doctors miss.
Most pain management approaches are incomplete. They focus on one dimension—usually medication or physical therapy—and wonder why the pain keeps coming back. I work differently. I address all five dimensions: your fascia, your alignment, your nutrition, your organ meridian restructuring, and your biofield tuning. This is why my clients see results where everything else has failed.
Whether you’re an athlete looking to optimize performance, a corporate team seeking wellness solutions, or someone tired of living with chronic pain, I can show you the way forward.
The 5-Dimensional Approach to Eliminating Pain at Its Root
After 20+ years in the trenches of pain elimination, I’ve discovered that chronic pain isn’t random—it’s a symptom of imbalance across five specific dimensions. Most pain management approaches address only one or two of these, which is why people bounce from doctor to doctor without lasting relief.
Here’s what I’ve learned: when you address all five dimensions simultaneously, something remarkable happens. Pain doesn’t just decrease—it disappears. And more importantly, it stays gone because you’ve eliminated the root causes, not just the symptoms.
1. FASCIA
Your fascia is a continuous web of connective tissue that surrounds every muscle, bone, and organ in your body. When fascia becomes restricted, dehydrated, or misaligned, it creates tension that radiates throughout your entire system. This is often the primary culprit behind stubborn pain that physical therapy alone can’t fix. I use advanced myofascial release techniques to restore your fascia to its optimal state.
2. ALIGNMENT
Your body is an architectural structure. When your spine, joints, and skeletal system fall out of alignment, it creates compensation patterns that lead to pain. These patterns often develop so gradually that you don’t notice them until pain becomes chronic. I assess your entire postural structure and guide you through specific movement corrections that restore your natural alignment.
3. NUTRITION
What you eat directly impacts your body’s ability to heal. Chronic inflammation, nutrient deficiencies, and poor gut health all contribute to pain. As an immune-centered nutrition coach, I help you understand which foods are fueling your pain and which ones are supporting your healing. This isn’t about restrictive dieting—it’s about eating in a way that supports your body’s natural pain-elimination processes.
4. ORGAN MERIDIAN RESTRUCTURING
Eastern medicine has understood for thousands of years that organ health directly impacts pain. When your organs aren’t functioning optimally, they create energetic blockages that manifest as physical pain. I use meridian-based techniques to support your organ function and restore the energetic flow throughout your body.
5. FREQUENCY & BIOFIELD TUNING
Your body operates at specific frequencies. When these frequencies become disrupted—through stress, trauma, or environmental factors—pain is often the result. I use biofield tuning and frequency-based protocols to restore your body’s natural resonance, which accelerates healing and pain elimination.

“Chris eliminated the knee pain I’ve had for the past ten years in record time. His incorporation of soft tissue release, biomechanics, and strength exercises has yielded overwhelmingly positive results where physical therapy, massage, injections and orthopedic surgeons have repeatedly failed. You are definitely in good hands!” — Chad B., Doctor of Osteopathy
“I was having a lot of pain in my right shoulder and I was told to go see Chris. After one session with him I was able to compete in my team CrossFit competition with no pain at all. I was amazed!” — Eric A., Corporate Wellness Client
“One year ago, I was 20 lbs. heavier, I could not stand up straight, I had lived with chronic lower back pain for 20 years, I had pain when I tried to lift my left arm over my head, my knees hurt when I bent them, and I could not run without straining my hamstrings. Through his patient coaching, nutritional education, and individualized mobility training sessions, all of that has been eliminated! God bless you!” — Steve M., Transformation Client
“I suffered pain in my arm so severe it often woke me at night. I turned to Chris, who quickly found the source of the pain, eliminated it within 3 sessions, and taught me all I needed to do to avoid its recurrence. Chris is a genius at finding the source of any stubborn injury or pain, and I am grateful for the valuable lessons he teaches me so that I can understand myself and my body better, and damage myself less!” — Tea S., Pain Relief Client
Why Chris Is Different
The Holistic Approach That Actually Works
You’ve probably tried everything. Physical therapy. Massage. Chiropractors. Maybe even surgery. And yet the pain persists. This is because most approaches are incomplete—they address symptoms rather than root causes, and they focus on only one dimension of your pain.
Here’s what makes my approach different:
